- What exactly is a reproduction of oil paintings?
Reproductions are highly accurate copies of original works of art. Our reproductions are all 100% hand-painted on canvas by talented artists. You can see, touch and smell the brushstrokes which made by our artists in the same way that the original great master would have made them.
- What exactly is Original oil painting?
Different from reproduction, original oil painting is created by our artists with their unique thoughts instead of reproducing the famous paintings. A good original oil painting takes a long time for the artist to finish as it involves the long process of material collection, prophase preparation and composition of the painting etc. Therefore it has very high value of correction. In many famous museums of the world, the paintings on exhibition all belong to original oil paintings.
- Do you only produce the works shown on this site?
Not at all. As long as you provide us with a good reference source, and as long as the work is out of copyright, we can reproduce any painting to your specification.
- Can I buy from stock?
Yes, we have a stock catalogue in our website and this will be continually updated.
If we have something you want in stock, it can be dispatched to you immediately on receipt of payment.
- If I want customized portraits or paintings, how can I get them?
Just give us your pictures or pictures of your desired paintings with your specific requirements by email or by uploading the pictures in the custom order & portrait webpage, our talented artists will paint whatever you desire for you.
- Do you offer paintings with frames on?
Yes, we have various kinds of frames. Please have a look of our picture frame (link) catalogue. After you choose your preferred painting on our website, you can also choose your preferred frame to see how it fits your painting.
- Can I buy frames alone?
Sure, simply go to our picture frame catalogue and choose those you want, then follow the order process.
- What other artwork do you offer?
We also offer wood carvings & crystal carvings, please refer to our craftwork catalogue. We guarantee the top quality of each of our artwork. Before shipping the products to our customers, we will have a full check for each product and will never ship the goods with a little defect. If there is any damage with the goods your received, please let us know and we will resend the qualified ones or send the 100% refund back to you. You only need to pay the small amount of shipping fee.
- How will my orders be processed? How long is the lead time?
As soon as we get your orders, we will send you a confirmation letter. Then we will start working on them after receiving your full payment or deposit of the payment as discussed. We will then give you a lead time. After the painting is finished, we will send you clear picture of finished painting for you to verify. We can revise the painting if you are not satisfied with it. The painting will be shipped to you after you confirm that you are happy with the work.
Lead time depends on the complexity of the item but normally it will be around 3- 5 weeks and includes all time taken to process orders, paint the pictures and also time for the materials to dry and dispatch.
- Can I cancel my orders?
You can cancel your orders within 48 hours, however, 10% of the transaction fee will be charged. Orders can¡¯t be cancelled after 48 hours of confirmation as we would have already arranged them for being painted.
- Can I get 100% money back if I am not satisfied with the actual work?
Yes, if you are not really happy about what we paint for you for the following reasons, you can just return your paintings to us within 14 days. (Return period is from merchandise arrival date to Merchandise Return date). We will return the FULL REFUND for you. You only need to pay a small amount of shipping fee.
Return Reasons:
A) If you find our paintings are not according with your original samples.
B) If you find the paint are falling off from the paintings.
C) If the paintings or frames are damaged in the way of shipping.
It is compulsory to contact us before returning. Please write down clearly your contact details, order details and state clearly why you want to return the merchandise.
- Do you offer free after-sales maintenance?
We offer free maintenance for your paintings within 3 years. If you find your paintings have de-colored, or there is a slight accidental damage, you can ship your paintings back to us. We will be very happy to help you maintain your paintings FOR FREE! You only need to pay a small amount of freight then you can get back the original paintings!
It is compulsory to contact us before shipping back your paintings for maintenance.

- How should I pay for my shipping?
If you buy the painting without frames, the shipping fee will be shown in your shopping cart when you begin to check out. You can pay the shipping fee together with the painting price. If you want to frame your painting, you can pay the shipping fee together with the painting price if your painting size is below 24x36. However, if the size is above 24x36, you will pay the painting price first. For the shipping fee, we will need to confirm it with the shipping company and then inform you about the confirmed price. This also works for the craftworks.
